Professional, highly time efficient, courteous, thorough and explanatory — with pleasant but not stultifying overtones of Christian kindness and thoughtfulness.
As a healthy person, I came seeking medical competence/i sight, efficiency and wellness advice.
But I left with an unexpected gift — human warmth.
I have consulted to businesses large and small across the US, and worked internationally. I always look for, but often do not find, that sense of a smoothly functioning business, esp. in busy customer-oriented settings.
But throughout this experience, including pre- and post-visit, I was pleased.
This is a serious, no-frills business led by an experienced MD and PA. Exactly what I wanted.
I cannot judge medical competence as this was my first visit. But my doctorate was biology/genetics, so I bring some sensitivity.

Found the sign in process to be frustratingly annoying.
Trying to remember the patient code in order to gain access to 'Athena Health' should be made less dependent upon a person's ability to use an iPad.
Once we (my wife and I were able to discuss with Dr. Torquato the reasons for my appointment things were much more focused on providing possible solutions to my health challenges, for which I am extremely Grateful!

Easy to make the appointment and very little time spent in the waiting room. Dr. Torquato thoroughly explained the various aspects of my health problem and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all.
